2014 Major Donor Leadership Summit in Washington DC

Date:
Thursday, April 24, 2014
Time:
9:00 AM - 12:30 AM

The Human Rights Campaign hosts its 14th Annual Major Donor Leadership Summit April 24 – 27, 2014 at the HRC headquarters in Washington, D.C. As a benefit of being an HRC Federal Club Council and/or Equality Circle member, you are invited to join us in the Nation’s Capital for an informative and exciting extended weekend of briefings and updates from senior HRC staff and key leaders in the movement, as well as a healthy dose of fun, HRC style!

The Summit brings together HRC Federal Club Council and Equality Circle members from across the country with HRC senior staff and Washington’s most prominent politicians, journalists and academicians to discuss a full range of current topics in the fight for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender equality—from an insider’s point of view.

Previous presenters or speakers have included Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley; Wisconsin Senator Tammy Baldwin; political analyst and former political director of ABC News Amy Walter; communications consultant and pundit Hilary Rosen; and Washington Post columnist Jonathan Capehart. Activities have included specially-organized tours of the White House, exhibitions, screenings, concerts, performances, and private receptions.  You won’t want to miss our offerings this year.

Registration
This year's registration is $400/per person. All meals, receptions, entrance or admission and transportation to and from activities listed in the schedule of the weekend are included in the registration fee. Travel to Washington, D.C. and accommodations are not included. We have preferred group rates at hotels close to HRC headquarters (details below). As the agenda continues to develop, we will be adding even more value to your experience. Any additional activities will be included in the fee you have already paid.
